These terms cover using our website and booking a savings review with us. They’re deliberately short and plain – the detail of any engagement is set out separately in writing.
Who we are
This website and the services described on it are provided by Cloud Clever, a trading name of DoITflex Pty Ltd ABN 46699101221. By using this site or booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.
Booking a savings review
You can book a free, no-obligation savings review through our booking page. A booking reserves a time for an initial consultation only. It does not create any ongoing engagement, and neither of us is committed to anything further unless and until we agree it in writing.
Our estimates and information
Any estimate, saving figure or recommendation we provide before a formal engagement is indicative and based on the information available to us at the time. It is provided in good faith to help you make a decision, but it is not a quote, a guarantee of outcome, or professional advice you should rely on without your own review. Final figures depend on your actual licensing, usage and vendor terms.
Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with us as confidential. Where a review involves exchanging commercial or licensing details, we do this under a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, which protects both parties and governs how that information may be used and shared.
Your privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. The Cloud Clever name, logo and materials remain our property; you may view and share them but not reproduce them commercially without our consent. We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we don’t warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from indicative information provided before a signed engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
